My best friend Sue, just starteda new business with selling hot food out of her van. She went and got all the necessary paperwork she needed to get it approved and legal. She now needs to get hot food van insurance to make it out on the street so she can start making some money. Then she will be ready to go and on her way to making her dream come true. For as long as I remember knowing Sue, she has always wanted her own business and to make it on her own. This is where the idea come to her about selling her Mexican food out of a van. I am very proud of her for finally doing this. She has been talking about starting this business forawhile and now she has finally done it. The company that owns the van is a very good company. I know she can do it, and I will help her anyway she needs.
